1. The service

TripsMind is a free AI-powered travel planning tool. It generates suggested itineraries and related travel content. TripsMind is not a travel agency, does not sell travel services, and does not process bookings or payments.

2. AI-generated content

Itineraries are generated automatically and may contain errors, outdated information, or omissions. Verify opening hours, prices, visa requirements, safety conditions, and travel advisories before relying on any plan. You are responsible for your own travel decisions.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share invite codes publicly. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (automated scraping, attempting to disrupt the service, or violating others' rights).

4. Your content

Your trips belong to you. By saving them you grant us the limited right to store and display them to you and to family members you explicitly share with.

5. Affiliate links

Outbound booking links may be affiliate links; we may earn a commission at no cost to you. See the affiliate disclosure. Any purchase is strictly between you and the provider — TripsMind is not party to it and provides no refunds or guarantees.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TripsMind is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from travel decisions made using AI-generated content.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; significant changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
